The VERified Team went to Laoag City to interact with Local Civil Registrars, NSO officials and Solemnizing Officers who attended the 7th National Convention of Solemnizing Officers at the Plaza del Norte Hotel and Convention Center. Our Chief Civil Registration Counselor, Tomas P. Africa, delivered a lecture on Servant Leadership on the first day of the Convention, before an audience of almost 1500 attendees.       |
